I enjoy writing. I primarily focus on writing for magazines and online outlets aimed at a lay audience, as I enjoy synthesizing and translating the latest scientific findings for everyday people. Additionally, I am also writing a college-level textbook (see below)!

The main objectives of this text are to help the reader:

  1. Understand the different types and levels of evidence of research.

  2. Comprehend the three pillars of evidence-based practice.

  3. Synthesize and competently evaluate research findings.

  4. Develop professional skills to effectively translate research findings into everyday practice.  

  5. Emerge as lifelong learners and evidence-based practitioners.
